A new PPS 7 country house at Alderbrook Park in a 340 acre estate near Cranleigh in Surrey. The new house occupies the site of a former Norman Shaw house which was demolished in 1956.

The project goes beyond the reinstatement of the original country house and includes enhancement and restoration of the entire estate, bringing back into use historic buildings, structures and landscape features including: a listed cottage, walled garden, vine houses, and a new education and energy centre.
